Wow, what a day! 🏎 Oak Class spent the day at Curborough Sprint Course, where they showcased and drove their Greenpower car in a variety of races! Over the past few months, Oak Class’ DT project has been centered around designing, building and decorating an environmentally-friendly race car. Since the children were so inspired by their English book, ‘The Explorer’, they decided to use a rainforest theme that promoted caring for a habitat that is facing great threats! Our passion for learning and team spirit shone through on the day and we all had a fantastic time making memories at an incredible event! We even won first place for our portfolio! 🥇
