Wraparound Care
Welcome to Wraparound Care!
At Mary Howard Primary School, our Wraparound Care service is dedicated to providing stimulating and enjoyable activities for children in a safe and familiar environment outside of school hours. This facility enables parents to pursue their commitments with peace of mind, knowing that their children are being cared for by our fully qualified staff members, Miss Brownhill and Mrs Aston-Wright.
Our Activities
Wraparound Care encourages children to engage in a variety of activities, including:
- PE
- ICT
- Cooking
- Art and Crafts
- Science
All activities are thoughtfully designed to ensure a fun and educational experience for every child.
Session Times
Morning Club
- Time: 7.45 am - 8.45 am
- A healthy breakfast is provided, featuring options such as toast, bagels, cereals, and yoghurts. Fresh fruit and fruit juice will be available throughout the session.
After School Club
- Time: 3.30 pm - 5.15 pm
- Children who stay beyond 4.30 pm will receive a healthy snack, including sandwiches, toasties, crumpets, and beans on toast. Fresh fruit and water are accessible to all children at all times.
Pricing

Session 1 (8.00 – 9.00 am): £5.00
Includes a healthy breakfast (e.g. fruit, cereal, toast, yoghurts). -
Session 2 (3.30 – 4.30 pm): £5.00

Session 3 (3.30 – 5.15 pm): £8.75
Includes a drink and a snack. Fruit and water will be available for all children at all times.
Note: Session charges will be reviewed periodically. Parents will be notified of any changes in advance.
Booking Information
To ensure safe planning and adequate staffing, we kindly ask parents to book sessions in advance, on a half-termly basis. All sessions must be paid for upfront; otherwise, they cannot be offered. For more flexibility, ad hoc sessions can be arranged—please refer to our Wraparound Care policy for further details.
