In Science, Oak Class learned how Darwin observed variations amongst Galápagos finches. We learned that the population of the birds varied depending on the shape and size of their beaks. The children then conducted an investigation and modelled this natural selection, ensuring that the test conducted was fair by controlling certain variables.
