Contact Forces
Willow have been exploring forces and magnets this week! We looked at the terms force and contact force, classifying a force as a push, pull or twist. We also created and labelled a diagram using arrows and scientific vocabulary!
Willow: History and WW1!
In history, Willow loved learning all about what Europe looked like in 1914. Through a colour key, they identified the Neutral States, Triple Entente, Triple Entente Allies, Triple Alliance and Triple Alliance Allies countries!
Class Two: Sewing!
Well done to Class Two for making your very own wallets. Learning new sewing skills can be challenging, but you all persevered and produced beautiful wallets that you put so much love into to take home. Super proud!

Class Two: What Kind of World did Jesus Want?
In RE this week, Class Two learnt all about what type of world Jesus wanted. They displayed their ideas with a real understanding and beautiful presentation. Well done!
Class Two: Shadows
In science this week Class Two investigated and described shadows based on materials. They were able to write a conclusion using the key vocabulary: opaque, transparent and translucent. Well done Class Two!
Class Two: Time
Well done to Class Two! You have worked so hard throughout our time unit. We have all deepened our existing learning and eradicated common misconceptions. I am so proud of you all!
Class Two: Reflective Surfaces
In science, Class Two explored reflective surfaces through a classroom hunt! Through this discovery learning, Class Two identified which properties makes an item reflective and understood how light bounces off them into a new direction. Well Done Class Two!
Class Two: Spiritual Arts
Well done to Class Two for completing their spiritual art pieces ready for the competition. Each piece was beautiful and a true, personal interpretation of ‘thinking about God’.
Class Two: ThinkTank!
Class Two had an amazing time on our school trip to the ThinkTank this week! Our little scientists explored the Planetarium, Our Changing Planet and Futures sections of the museum, as well as enjoying the outdoor science garden and a special light show to link to this terms science topic!
