In Science, Class Three learned about the movement of the Moon. We addressed common misconceptions about the Moon and researched Moons on other planets before organising our findings into a table. Did you know that it takes 27.5 days for the Moon to orbit the Earth in an anti-clockwise direction? The children learned that this is called a lunar month!
