Class Three created shadows in Science this week as part of their learning about light. We explored what a shadow is and how they are formed before describing ways that we can change the shape, clarity and size of a shadow. The children practically investigated what happens to the size of a shadow when the distance between an object and a light source is altered. We wrote ‘er’ sentences to conclude our findings!
