This week, Oak Class immersed themselves in the vibrant world of the rainforest through an exciting art project using watercolours. The children explored the rich colours and textures of this diverse ecosystem as they recreated their own rainforest scenes on paper.
This hands-on activity supported the children’s understanding of the natural world, encouraging them to observe closely and use all their senses to capture the lush environment. By mixing colours and experimenting with different brush techniques, pupils developed both their artistic skills and their appreciation for the complexity of rainforest habitats.
