Oak Class demonstrated our school value of ‘Koinonia’ this morning by going on a village clean-up! We couldn’t believe the amount of discarded litter that we found, the children found it very eye-opening and felt even more passionate about being agents of change for our community. This will now become a regular activity that we participate in, in partnership with the parish council, as our way of giving back to our small (but mighty) community! We felt immensely proud on our return to school; our small action has made a big difference and we have embodied that school vision completely this morning. Well done, Oak!
